Modern science is supporting how the ancient Asian physicians used their tools for their patients in the past.

Modern science has also shown how they can be used, in a different way, for the modern world.

My goal is to bridge these two worldviews in my treatment rooms, helping my patients achieve a higher quality of life where they need it.

• Acupuncture is a great tool that can be used for many different conditions, both described in ancient texts and modern studies. I tend to use it the most often in Orthopedic and Neurological conditions, and integrate it into other protocols.

• Herbal Formulas are indispensable when it comes to Internal Medicine conditions (involving our organs and other bodily processes). Modern research focuses on the pharmacological constituents of herbs, ancient teachings show us how to use them together to create results that other approaches, to put it simply, can’t.

• Meditation is another great tool that I introduce to most of my patients. Most start seeing benefits lasting into daily life pretty quickly, depending on what we’re working on. Meditation is similar to taking herbs or medication; if you don’t do it, you won’t see the continued results.
